What WeeklyCertified is

WeeklyCertified is software that prepares certified payroll documents (including form WH-347) from information you supply, retrieves public wage determination data, performs the related arithmetic, and, on paid plans, stores your projects and payroll records. It is operated by Forge Dev Studio LLC.

What it is not

WeeklyCertified is not a law firm, accounting firm, or payroll audit service, and nothing it produces is legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for classifying workers correctly, for the wage determination that applies to your contract, and for every certification you sign. The person signing a Statement of Compliance certifies it, not this software.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the form current and the math exact, and we show the source and retrieval date of wage data we fetch. Regulations and wage determinations change; the versions incorporated in your contract and the official sources control, not this site. If you find an error, tell us at hello@weeklycertified.com and we will fix it fast.

Plans and billing

The free tier includes a limited number of form downloads per month. Paid plans (Solo $29/month, Crew $59/month) are billed monthly through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from your account's Manage billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs through the period already paid. If a charge fails we will retry and email you before anything changes; if a plan lapses you keep read access to your saved data.

Refunds

If the product did not work for you, email hello@weeklycertified.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. No forms, no phone tree.

Your data

Covered in the privacy policy. Short version: the free generator processes payroll data in your browser and does not upload it; paid accounts store what you choose to save, encrypted, and you can delete it whenever you want.

Acceptable use

Do not use WeeklyCertified to prepare documents you know to be false, to violate the law, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, WeeklyCertified is provided as-is and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, back wages, or contract consequences arising from the information you entered or the certifications you signed.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will note the new effective date here and email active paid subscribers. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
